About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ladaboutique.com ("Lada Boutique", "the site", "we", "us"). By entering the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must live in the United Kingdom.
• You must not have asked us to restrict or close your account, and must not be trying to get around such a request.

We may ask for reasonable evidence of age or residence and may close an account where we believe these conditions are not met.

Your account

• You may hold one account. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Accounts are stored on our server as protected files. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deletion is immediate and removes your coins and level.

Coins, bonuses and levels

• Coins, bonuses and levels are virtual items with no monetary value. They are licensed to you for entertainment only and remain our property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged or withdrawn, in whole or in part, by any means.
• Welcome coins (50,000) are credited once per account. The daily bonus (10,000) can be collected once in any 24-hour period.
• We may adjust coin amounts, bonuses, XP values and level thresholds at any time to keep the games fun and fair, and may remove coins obtained through error, abuse or automation.

The games

All games on the site are developed and hosted by Lada Boutique at ladaboutique.com/our-games/. Published figures such as reels, lines, volatility and theoretical return to player (RTP) describe the design of each game over a very long run of play. They are not a promise about any session and relate to play-money coins only. Success at a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automation to play or to collect bonuses; try to access other players' accounts, our server files or the games' code; interfere with the operation of the site; use the site if you are under 18 or outside the UK; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our content

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
